Loading: Hopper loading system with suitable loading skip.

Hopper :    Hopper capacity 10 cft

Burner  :     C/F Burner with firing controller (Special type Burner) for fast heating and quick production.

Oven    :      Oven made of fire clay for special type oil free firing system to produce best quality mixing material.

C/F Clutch : Driven through Centrifugal clutch  for better uniform rotation of the drum and it help engine  to rotate free of load which increase the engine life.                          

Blower :      Heavy type special blower, complete with heavy type bearing and other necessary accessories.              

Exhaust Fan : High quality exhaust system to remove dirt from the material for better mixing with less bitumen.

Engine :   Powered by self starting radiator cooled diesel engine .

Battery :  12 volts Battery
